| Strides
Health & Fitness Club is a full service, co-ed
facility which opened in 2006. We offer many programs for
all ages and levels and are open 7 days a week. We are proud
to offer: group fitness classes, a full cardio theatre, a
large variety of weight training equipment, personal training,
spinning, nutrition advice, fitness assessments, steam baths,
tanning bed/booth and products, as well as a full line of
nutritional supplements. Our knowledgeable and friendly desk
staff, trainers and instructors will be happy to answer all
of your questions about our facility.
If you haven’t tried our facility we would like to offer
you a complimentary day pass. Simply stop at our front desk
to fill out our health questionnaire and waiver, bring your
appropriate gym attire, gym pants/shorts, t-shirt and INDOOR
SNEAKERS. You may try all of our equipment, join in on one
of the fitness classes that are regularly covered in our membership
and then treat yourself to a steam bath. Making exercise enjoyable
is our number one goal.
People who partake in a regular exercise routine,
will generally have better eating habits, sleep more soundly
and have healthier body fat compositions. Plus, daily exercise
increases ones immunity, preventing such things as cancer.
Healthy living promotes reduced risk of illnesses such as
type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, high cholesterol
and hypertension. Your energy and endurance levels will increase
by leaps and bounds.
Please
feel free to come in and speak with our certified and experienced
trainers and instructors. We are always here to help motivate
you with guidance and support. Making exercise fun and enjoyable
is our #1 goal. With our help, you will never get bored or
plateau.
